MINIMUN STAY
The daily rates apply for a minumum of 3 nights stay and only in low and mid season.
Low - Middle Seasons: minimum of 3 nights starting on any day of the week.
High Season one week
Low Season: April, October
Mid Season: May, September
High Season: June, July, August
INCLUDED IN THE APARTMENT RATE
Bed and bath linen, access to the pool with gazebo and sun beds, WiFi internet, 2 barbecue area, play area in the garden, private covered parking.

A deposit of 30% is required (it is due at the time the booking is confirmed).
The balance is due on your arrival.
DELIVERY OF APARTMENTS
14:30 pm on check-in day.
DEPARTURE
By 10:00 am on check-out day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- no penalty for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival;
- penalty of 30% of the total amount for cancellations made from 59 to 20 days before arrival;
- penalty of 80% of the total amount for cancellations made 19 to 8 days before arrival;
- penalty of 100% of the amount for cancellations made from 7 days to 1 day before arrival.
